Chennai: The Directorate of Government Examinations , Tamil Nadu has provided students with a window to rectify errors in their 10th and Plus 2 class mark sheets.

In a press release, Sethurama Verma, Director, Government Examinations, said " Students now have a chance to rectify errors in their 10th and Plus 2 class mark sheets. This final opportunity aims to address inaccuracies in the Provisional Marks Certificate and Marks List, including errors in student names, initials, parents' names, dates of birth, photographs, and language of instruction in both Tamil and English versions.

School heads are instructed to facilitate these corrections and certify copies of their students' provisional mark certificates or mark sheets. These corrected documents must reach the office of the Assistant Director of Government Examinations by 5:00 pm on June 12th.

Schools, Heads of schools, and Chief Education Officers must take immediate action to prevent any negative impact on students. Once the mark certificates are printed, requests for corrections will not be entertained", the release said.
