Chennai: President Droupadi Murmu will attend the 10th convocation of the Central University of Tamil Nadu at Neelakudi in Tiruvarur district on September 3.
The President will confer degrees on over 900 students during the event, a university release said on Monday.
Murmu was earlier scheduled to participate in the ninth convocation of the varsity in November last year, but the visit was cancelled due to inclement weather, it added.
